Accessibility Statement

The Raven Group is committed to making this site usable for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We design and build with accessibility in mind and treat reported issues as we would any other bug — to be fixed.

Standards we aim for

We target conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That means meaningful contrast, keyboard-navigable interfaces, alt text on images, accessible names on controls, focus indicators, and reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer it.

What we do

  • Use semantic HTML and ARIA only where it adds clarity.
  • Respect the system prefers-reduced-motion setting.
  • Provide visible keyboard focus states.
  • Test pages with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation as part of our build process.
  • Treat accessibility regressions as launch-blocking bugs.

Known limitations

Web accessibility is a moving target. We may not have caught everything, especially on newer sections of the site. If you find something we missed, please let us know — your report becomes our priority list.

Email hello@theravengroup.com with the page URL and a description of the barrier you encountered. Include the assistive technology you're using if relevant. We aim to acknowledge within one business day and to fix critical issues within ten business days.
