Privacy Policy

We only collect information you give us, or that the site needs to function.

• Contact form submissions. When you submit a contact, audit, or call-request form, we receive what you typed — name, email, optional phone, and whatever details you shared.
• Customer information. If you purchase a Custom Websites subscription, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your billing details. We see your name, email, country, and subscription metadata, but not your full card number.
• Aggregate analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which counts page views and approximate geography without tracking individuals or setting cookies.
• Server logs. Like any website, we receive standard request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp). We use it for operations and security, not for marketing.

• Replying to you when you reach out.
• Delivering the services you've hired us for.
• Billing and account management for subscribers.
• Understanding which pages people find useful so we can improve them.
• Meeting legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We don't sell or rent your information.

We use a small, deliberate set of vendors to run the business:

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for form submissions.
• Vercel — hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
• Google Workspace — our internal email and documents.

We don't set marketing or tracking cookies. The site sets only the minimum cookies required to function (e.g., a CSRF or session cookie if you log in to a customer area in the future). Vercel Analytics is cookieless.

Contact submissions: we keep them in our inbox indefinitely unless you ask us to delete them. Customer billing records: as long as required for tax and accounting (typically seven years).

You can ask us, at any time, to (a) tell you what we have about you, (b) correct it, or (c) delete it. Email hello@theravengroup.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you're a California, Colorado, or EU/UK resident, you have additional rights under your local privacy law. Those rights are available to anyone who emails us — we don't distinguish by jurisdiction.

The site is intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we update this policy, the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Substantive changes will be highlighted on the site.
